Solutions Provider search
Member calls

“I need a doctor who takes my insurance.”

The call that most often ends in a directory link and a frustrated member. We search your network live, narrow it by distance, specialty, and whether the practice is accepting new patients, then text the shortlist before the call ends.

What the call does

A name, an address, and a phone number, not a link

Sending a member to the online directory is how this call fails. The point is to end the call with somewhere specific to go.

Distance from the member

Searched from their address on file or wherever they tell us they will be.

Specialty and subspecialty

The right kind of specialist, including when the member describes a symptom rather than a specialty.

Accepting new patients

Filtered where your directory carries the flag, so the shortlist is actually callable.

Network tier

Tier and in-network status made explicit, so a member is not surprised at the visit.

Language and access needs

Language spoken and accessibility attributes where your directory records them.

Texted before you hang up

Names, addresses, and phone numbers sent by SMS so nothing depends on memory.

Common questions

Provider search, answered

Which directory does it search?

Yours. We read your network directory live so results reflect your current contracts, not a third-party aggregate.

What if our directory data is messy?

Common, and we say so during discovery. We can flag stale or conflicting records as we hit them, which many clients use to clean the directory over time.

Can it schedule the appointment?

It can transfer the member to the practice, and where you have a scheduling integration we can book directly. Otherwise the shortlist goes out by text with numbers to call.

Does the member get a written record?

Yes, by SMS on the call, with an option to email instead. The call is also logged so a later caller does not start from scratch.

What about urgent or after-hours needs?

Urgency triage rules are configured with you. Anything that should go to urgent care, a nurse line, or emergency services follows your escalation path immediately.
