Privacy policy
This policy describes how EHVAhealth handles personal information collected through this website. Protected health information that we process on behalf of a client is governed separately by our business associate agreement with that client, not by this policy.
What we collect on this site
- Contact details you give us. Your work email address, and where you provide them your name, organization, role, and the notes you write in a form.
- Basic usage data. Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, and device type.
We require a business or organizational email address on our demo and contact forms. Addresses at public consumer email providers are not accepted.
Why we use it
- To send you the demo call library link you requested.
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, prepare a written quote.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Protected health information
PHI reaches us only through a client engagement, under a signed business associate agreement. It is not collected through this website. Our handling of PHI, access control, encryption, retention, subcontractors, and incident response, is described on our compliance and security page and in the security documentation package we provide to clients under NDA.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the exchange, and then deleted on a defined schedule. Client PHI retention is set by the client in the service agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the contact details you gave us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Write to us using the details on our contact page. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to make the site work and to measure aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
