“I need a pharmacy that carries this and takes my plan.”
The call that most often ends in a directory link and a member driving to the wrong counter. We search your network live, narrow it by distance, channel, and whether it stocks specialty or mail order, then text the shortlist before the call ends.
A name, an address, and a phone number, not a link
Sending a member to the online directory is how this call fails. The point is to end the call with somewhere specific to fill the prescription.
Distance from the member
Searched from their address on file or wherever they tell us they will be.
Retail, mail order, or specialty
The right channel for the drug, including when a specialty pharmacy is required.
In-stock and in-network
Filtered where your directory carries the flag, so the shortlist is actually callable.
Preferred network tier
Tier and in-network status made explicit, so a member is not surprised at the register.
24-hour and drive-through
Hours and access attributes where your directory records them.
Texted before you hang up
Names, addresses, and phone numbers sent by SMS so nothing depends on memory.
Fewer holds, cleaner calls, lower cost
Call duration
Texted shortlists

Pharmacy search, answered
Which directory does it search?
Yours. We read your pharmacy network directory live so results reflect your current contracts, not a third-party aggregate.
Can it check whether a specialty drug is in stock?
Where your directory or specialty pharmacy partner exposes stock or fulfillment data, we surface it on the call. Otherwise the member is routed to the specialty pharmacy directly.
Can it transfer prescriptions between pharmacies?
It can transfer the member to the pharmacy to request the move, and where you have an integration we can initiate the transfer directly.
Does the member get a written record?
Yes, by SMS on the call, with an option to email instead. The call is also logged so a later caller does not start from scratch.
What about mail order enrollment?
The call can walk a member through mail order enrollment where it applies, or route them to your mail order team to complete it.
