1

Onboarding, in about a week

We set up your practice, payer credentials, task types, and the way work reaches us. Included, there is no implementation invoice.

2

You send work, we complete calls

Upload a list or snap a card. Each completed call is one billable unit at your rate, regardless of call length or call type.

3

One monthly invoice, or one annual

Monthly: completed calls, with the 450-call minimum applied. Annual: one prepaid invoice, and the panel shows your remaining balance.

4

Reconcile against the panel

Every billed call has a timestamp, a payer reference number, and a recording behind it. Nothing on the invoice is unverifiable.

Pricing questions

The things practices ask first

What counts as a completed call?

A call we place to a payer that reaches a documented outcome: an answer, a payer response, or a definitive “not found.” Calls that never connect, and retries after a payer system outage, are not billed. One task is one call even when the payer transfers us twice to answer it.

Do long calls cost more?

No. A 90-second verification and a 40-minute claim call are both a dollar. We take the hold time; you take the flat rate.

What if we don't hit 450 calls in a month?

On monthly billing the minimum still applies, so the floor is $450. On the annual plan the 5,400 prepaid calls are yours to use whenever you need them, a slow February does not expire against a busy March.

Is the 20% discount only on the minimum?

The discount applies to the prepaid block and to anything you use above it during the term, so overage bills at 80¢ too. It is a rate discount for prepaying, not a one-time credit.

Is there a charge for the admin panel or extra users?

No. The panel, every user account, recordings, transcripts, and exports are part of the per-call rate.

We're a multi-location group. Does this scale?

Yes. One agreement can cover multiple locations with per-location views and reporting, and volume above 5,000 calls a month is quoted separately. Talk to our team and we will price the group.

Are you a health plan? Why does your other pricing look different?

We serve both sides. Administrator pricing covers answering the calls providers make to a plan; this page covers making those calls for a practice. Different work, different rate.
