Company

One industry, one problem, done properly.

EHVAhealth exists because benefits call handling is not a general contact-center problem. It is a claims, eligibility, and compliance problem that happens to arrive by phone. We work both ends of that call: we answer the line for benefit administrators, and we place the payer calls that provider practices would otherwise spend their day on hold for.

Where we come from

EHVAhealth is a tradename wholly owned by RAVLAN Holdings PR LLC, incorporated in Puerto Rico (A U.S. Territory) under a tax and innovation grant. We are proud to support the island's future, and to build a technology business that keeps skilled work here.

Everything we run, from the scripts and integrations to the disclosure rules, QA rubric, and compliance posture, is built for healthcare benefits and nothing else. A generalist vendor has to make its product work for a retailer and a health plan at the same time, and the health plan always loses that argument. We only have one industry.

What we do

The two services we run are the same craft aimed in opposite directions. Both come down to one thing: someone on the phone getting a correct, documented answer about a patient's coverage.

We answer the calls that come in to administrators

Third-party administrators, health plans, and carriers hand us their inbound benefits line. Providers call about claim status and eligibility. Members call about what is covered, what it costs, and where to go for care. We complete health risk assessments by phone, and we run outbound member outreach on branded, fully attested numbers. It is a managed service with service levels, quality scoring on every call, and the compliance documentation a plan's own audit team will ask for. See the administrator service.

We place the calls that practices dread making

The other half of our work is on the provider side. A practice uploads a work list, or a front-desk staffer photographs an insurance card at check-in, and we call the payer. We verify active coverage, copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket. We chase claim status and get the set-to-pay amount or the denial reason. We check where a prior authorization sits and what is still missing. Every outcome lands in the practice's own admin panel with the payer's reference number, the recording, and the transcript attached. See the provider service.

Running both sides is not a growth strategy so much as an unfair advantage. Answering a plan's line for years teaches you exactly how a payer's phone tree, script, and reference-number habits work, and that is precisely the knowledge you need to get a practice a clean answer quickly.

What we believe

A managed service beats a tool

Selling software and letting the client configure it is easier for the vendor and worse for the caller. We run the line, watch the quality every day, and answer for the result.

Containment is not the goal

The goal is a caller who got a correct answer. Sometimes that means a fast, clean handoff to a person, and a model that punishes escalation produces exactly the frustrating experience everyone complains about. We measure resolution, not deflection.

Price should be legible

One per-call rate on each service. Administrators and PBMs start at 50¢ a call, and practices pay a flat $1 a payer call. No seat licenses, no platform fees. If a pricing model needs a spreadsheet to explain, it is usually hiding something.

Deliverability is part of the job

An outbound program that gets labeled as spam has failed regardless of how good the script was. We own the number registration, attestation, and reputation work rather than treating it as the carrier's problem.
