What exactly does EHVAhealth do?
We run your benefits call line as a managed service. Inbound provider and member calls, claims status, eligibility and benefits, health risk assessments, provider search, plus outbound campaigns for assessments, care gaps, reminders, and enrollment.
What does it cost?
One per-call rate, starting at 50¢. Your rate depends on volume, scope, and complexity, and we quote it in writing after one scoping call. No setup fee, no seat licenses, no platform fee.
Are we buying software or a service?
A service. We configure, run, and quality-manage the line. There is nothing for your team to administer, and no implementation project to staff.
What systems do you connect to?
Your admin, adjudication, eligibility, or care management platform through its API. If a platform cannot expose an API, we agree an alternative data path during discovery.
How long does onboarding take?
About five days from kickoff to live calls for a single call type on a modern platform. A full member and provider line across many plan designs takes longer, and we tell you which you are in during discovery.
What happens when a caller wants a human?
The call hands off to your team, with the context and the transcript attached. We measure resolution rather than deflection, so nothing in our model rewards trapping a caller.
Do callers know it is not your staff?
Callers hear your brand, and we follow whatever disclosure policy you require. We will not misrepresent the nature of the call.
How do you handle PHI?
HIPAA compliant under a signed BAA, with controls mapped to the HITRUST CSF, least-privilege access, encrypted transport and storage, and retention set by you. Full posture here.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most clients start with one call type, usually claims status or eligibility, and add lines once the reporting proves out.
Why should outbound be any different from any dialer?
Because most outbound programs fail on deliverability, not script. We register numbers to you, sign every call at full attestation, brand the display, and remediate mislabels with the analytics engines. Detail here.
What reporting do we get?
Volume, containment, resolution, escalation reasons, and QA scores on every call, weekly. For outbound, connect and answer rates and label status by number.
Do you serve provider groups directly?
Our service is built for the payer side, TPAs, health plans, and carriers. If you are a provider group, tell us what you need and we will be straight about whether we fit.
